After waking up to no heat, we called Murphy's based on a recommendation by our HVAC company. Todd knocked on our door 45 minutes later with needed fuel oil. The tank was dry thanks to a non delivery from the company we have used for many years. Not only did the tank get filled, Todd bled our system of air and restarted our furnace without charging us. We compared the price per gallon with the old company and noticed a far better price with Murphy's. We are now on their auto fill program and look forward to continued great service from them. We are impressed with their 5 star response to our emergency need.

I woke up this morning to learn our oil furnace was not operating. I called Murphy's Fuel & Oil and spoke to Mark. He was so kind to help with a few suggestions of things to check,, and when that did not produce results, he scheduled us for a service call and Brandon responded within an hour or so. Brandon was very upbeat and professional and found the problem quickly and replaced a bad relay and we were up and running. We are ever so grateful as a snow storm is approaching within 24 hours! We thank Mark for his kindness, getting us scheduled for service right away, and great pricing along with thanking Brandon for his knowledge, skill and professionalism. We are grateful for this family-run business--they really care about their customers.! I recommend this company to anyone needing fuel oil or furnace repairs/service. You will not be disappointed!

Woke up in the morning to my heating unit running but not producing heat. Checked the gauge outside and it still looked to be over half full. I called from work to set up a service call. The service manager spoke with me and asked if I checked the gauge to make sure I had fuel. I told him yes but I hadn't filled the tank in quite some time. Rather than send someone out and take my money for a service charge, he informed me that the gauge was most likely stuck and we probably were out of oil. Sure enough, I went home and unscrewed the housing and the gauge dropped to empty. They filled me up the next day and we are back up and running. Already scheduled our next maintenance appointment. In a society that is diminishing in quality and customer service, it was refreshing to receive patience and more importantly, honestly from a local company. Based on this transaction, 1 recommend Murphy Fuel and will continue to use them if this is their business practice!

Awesome customer service and response. When my A/C stopped working, Andy was out in about an hour after my call. Unfortunately, the fan motor is not an in stock item for my unit; Andy made sure the information was relayed and the part was ordered. Brandon returned the next day and completed the replacement. Thank you Murphy's!!

Murphy's has to be the best in customer service I have ever dealt with it's a big family there and they treat there customers like we are family Been using them for my heating oil and my central air since I moved into my house in 1996 and I live in Glen Burnie. They are very fair with pricing etc . A+ Company

Murphy Oil is simply the best! I woke up and it was cold, I called Murphy’s at 8:06am and by 8:46am the driver was here, filled the tank and primed the line! We have oil and the house is warm! Thank you so much Murphy’s.

Murphy's is the BEST. I reached out as a first-time customer with an emergency. They were so kind and helpful! They were able to provide an emergency, same-day oil delivery AND walk me through getting my furnace working again. I am forever thankful, a forever customer and will recommend them to anyone I know!

I forget the service guy that I spoke with on the phone, but he saved me $170 bucks!! My furnace would not come on after trying everything! except the Emergency Turn off switch on the wall that someone had turned off! I have Always had a good experience with everyone at Murphy!! Thank You!!

Mark is my Hero. Fuel was delivered this morning, but furnace would not ignite. Called Mark and he kindly walked me thru the process of bleeding the lines, not once, but twice. I had never done this before, so it was difficult for me to picture what he was describing. He was so patient with me and it worked! Thank you so much Mark!
